Hooded burglars smash into Skegness clothes shop with sledgehammer

Two offenders were caught on camera smashing and kicking their way into a clothes shop in Skegness with a sledgehammer, before stealing £5,000 worth of stock.

They gained access to Alisons on the High Street in Skegness at around 2.35am on Monday, March 30. They stole approximately £5,000 worth of Wrangler and Mish Mash jeans and Ellesse t-shirts.

A CCTV video shows one of them pulling out the hammer and smashing the door before the other joins in using his feet. Both then crawl inside the shop through the gap they created.
