Man left with life threatening injuries outside Donington pub

A man in his 40s has been arrested after a man was left with potentially life threatening injuries outside a pub in Donington.

Police were called to the Black Bull on Station Street at around 11.47pm on Saturday. January 4 after a man was found with serious head injuries.

The victim, also in his 40s, was taken to hospital.

The suspect was arrested at the scene and taken to custody. Police believe the two had been involved in an altercation outside the pub.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
