“Don’t be alarmed” was the message from Sky Sports presenter Chris Kamara as he seemed to joke about comparisons to a recent police e-fit.
In a village people style outfit, Kamara tweeted that he “was working” in his hard hat and safety goggles.
Please don’t be alarmed if you see me out & about this afternoon 👀 I am working 🤣😂 pic.twitter.com/0OdEs8QQxA

As previously reported, the local force in Cleethorpes released the efit image in connection with a burglary but it got an unexpected reaction.
Several people at first made the comparison before it went viral and word seemed to reach Chris Kamara.
It’s hoped that the extra coverage will help police find the real suspect more quickly after he allegedly pushed past a woman as he tried to break into a hour on Trinity Road at around 10pm on June 13.
Anyone with information should contact Humberside Police on 101 quoting log number 641 of June 13.
