Behind bars: Lincolnshire criminals locked up in June

A man who carried out a campaign of sexual abuse against children, drug gangs, and a man who savagely attacked his disabled mother were among those jailed in June.

Michael Brian Hayes, 65, from Stamford, was jailed for 24 years after carrying out a campaign of sexual abuse against three children.

Two organised gangs who flooded Scunthorpe’s streets with cocaine have been jailed after a dramatic arrest. Jamie Oldroyd, 29, and Jamie Simpson, 31, were sentenced to 14 years and three months and 11 years and six months respectively.
