Boy, 12, threatened by hooded bike thief

A young boy, 12, was allegedly verbally threatened by a hooded male who then stole his bike in Spalding.

The boy was walking down an alleyway between Spalding High Street and Holland Road when he was approached by a man.

The male, described as around 17-years-old, made verbal threats to the boy before making off with his Carrera Hell Cat junior Mountain Bike, which is red with orange writing.

The suspect was described as of slim build and five foot ten inches in height. He was wearing a black hoody and possibly a puffa jacket.

Anyone with information, or who has seen the bike, should contact police on 101 quoting incident number 271 of June 12.
