Man released as Spalding murder probe continues

A 59-year-old man has been released under investigation after police found the body of a 49-year-male in Spalding over the weekend.

As previously reported, the man from the Spalding area was initially arrested on suspicion of murder and taken into custody.

Lincolnshire Police were called at 11.38am on Sunday, November 25 to a property on Neville Avenue in Spalding where the body was found.

The name of the victim has not been released.
