Work starts on luxury £22 million Stamford homes scheme

Work has started on a luxury £22 million residential scheme in Stamford which will comprise mainly of four and five bedroomed detached homes with separate garages.

Wynbrook Homes, based in Radcliffe on Trent in Nottingham, have started the works on the development named Top Lock Meadows, which is located on Uffington Road in Stamford.

Top Lock Meadows will provide high quality homes ranging in price from £400,000 to £1.4 million with three specification ranges providing increasing levels of personalisation.

The residences will be located on good sized plots with a number of them situated within private gated locations.

Some of the luxury homes will feature either a studio or additional room above them.

Wynbrook are also offering individual landscape architect designed rear gardens to the most prestigious £1million+ residences.

Stamford-based independent Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents Richardson will be marketing the properties, although interest in the development has already resulted in a number being sold off plan.
