Teen arrested over lost tooth assault

A teenage boy has been arrested in connection with an alleged assault in which a 17-year-old male lost a tooth after being hit in the face.

The 14-year-old boy was arrested after the assault in the park on Ainslie Street in Grimsby, which took place at around 2.45pm on Tuesday, October 2.

He was said to be in the company of others at the time of the incident and has been released on bail whilst further enquiries are underway.

Police are seeking independent witnesses to this incident and anyone with information should contact them on 101 quoting crime reference number 16/103865/18.
