Families will get the chance to meet a real life dinosaur in Lincolnshire this weekend.
Dinosaur Weekend at Pink Pig Farm in Scunthorpe will take a journey through history and land in a pre-historic era, complete with living inhabitants like Daisy the dinosaur.
Between September 29 and 30, the farm will welcome visitors to its themed activities including a fossil display and fossil making in the craft shack, dinosaur-themed build-a-cuddle in the toyshop and a lively walk through the woodland with dinosaur sounds.
Tickets cost £7.99 for children, £4.99 for adults and £2 for children under 2.
Plus, people will be able to enjoy all the usual fun on the farm too.
Steve Ford, Operations Manager for The Pink Pig, said: “This is going to be my first Dinosaur Weekend since taking on the role of operations manager and I must admit that even I’m excited!
“We’re going to be joined by Daisy the dinosaur on both days, which I’m sure people are going to love! We’ve also got loads of other exciting things happening for this event”.
