Death investigators search for witness known as ‘hedgehog’

Police are looking for a pizza delivery driver who was a potential witness in a Spalding death investigation.

A man’s body was discovered in the Clay Lake area of the town on Sunday, July 8. Police said at the time they did not believe there were any suspicious circumstances.

Investigations are continuing and police are now looking for a specific witness.

He is said to be a pizza delivery driver with a European background, called Mark but going by the nickname “hedgehog”.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said: “Mark is reported to have spikes shaved into the side of his head, and we are asking him to come forward and help officers with their investigation.

“Mark is also reported to work as a pizza takeaway delivery driver.

“Officers are urging anyone who knows this man, or that Mark himself, contact officers and help them piece together this investigation.”
