Child sex offenders, drug dealers and burglars… courts in Lincolnshire have this month jailed criminals for a host of serious offences.

Barry Wright, 47, of no fixed address was jailed for two years and five months after broke in to a woman’s home while she was at a job interview.
Sinead Connett, 29, of Constables Way, Hertford, was jailed for 12 months after she pleaded guilty to dumping Baby William in a drain at her parents’ home on Scartho Road in Grimsby.
Denis Bresnahan, 67, formerly of Bourne, but now of Houghton Court, Billingborough, was jailed for two and a half years after he downloaded hundreds of pornographic images of children.
Matthew Ruby 25, of Mareham Lane, Sleaford, was jailed for three years after he he was found to have thousands of text messages on his mobile phone detailing his involvement in drug dealing.
Shaun Smith 53, of Main Road, Thimbleby, near Horncastle, was jailed for 30 months after admitting two charges of sexual activity with a child.
Mark Rowsell, 42, who was serving an indeterminate sentence at Standford Hill open prison on the Isle of Sheppey was jailed for 12 years after he travelled 125 miles to rob a Lincolnshire store after being given home leave for Christmas.
Janine Simpson, 53, of Firbeck Avenue, Skegness, was jailed for two years after she confessed to stabbing her homeless partner.
Alassana Jalo, 18, of no fixed address, was jailed for two years in a young offenders’ institution after he was caught running Class A drugs in Grantham.
Jason Simpson, 36, from Ruskington, was jailed for nine and a half years after he created a false female Facebook page to keep in secret contact with an underage girl and also made her pregnant.
Neil Dyson, 42, of Pentland Drive, Greylees, Sleaford, was jailed for 15 months after he downloaded thousands of photographs of children as young as three-years-old being sexually abused.
Paul Ryan, 41, of no fixed address, was jailed for 58 weeks after he threatened staff with a hypodermic needle when he was caught stealing bottles of alcohol from a supermarket.
Brendan Leigh Coupe, 33, from Lincoln, was jailed for five years for sexual offences against children.
