Sentimental jewellery from deceased relatives stolen by burglars while family prepared for barbecue

Burglars have sneaked into a house near Boston, stealing sentimental jewellery while the family was preparing for a barbecue.

The burglary on Silvertoft Lane, Frampton, happened between 2.30 and 3.30pm on Saturday, June 17.

Offenders entered the house via the back door and stole phones, an iPad and a purse, along with the family jewellery left by deceased relatives.

Anyone who can help police with the investigation should call 101, asking for DC Helen Halfyard of Boston CID, and quoting incident number 311 of June 17.
