Man in his 80s hospitalised after crash between car and mobility scooter

A man believed to be in his 80s has been taken to hospital following a crash between a mobility scooter and a car in Grimsby.

The incident happened at around 10.50am on Monday, June 12 on Ladysmith Road.

The silver scooter is believed to have crashed with a blue Vauxhall Astra VX.

The driver of the scooter has been taken to Grimsby’s Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital after sustaining minor injuries.
