Humber Bridge closed to high-sided vehicles due to strong winds
This story is over
The Humber Bridge is currently closed to high-sided vehicles and caravans as strong winds batter Lincolnshire.
As previously reported, winds of around 60mph have arrived in the northern half of the county this morning, with the Met Office issuing a yellow weather warning.
The gusts could move as far south as Lincoln and Woodhall Spa, but are likely to not be as strong on most of the Lincolnshire coast and the south of the county.
A second weather warning for snow is valid for the Lincolnshire coast for 24 hours from Thursday, January 12.
