Four arrested after Class A drugs discovered at Scunthorpe address

Four people have been arrested after police found 40 wraps of Class A drugs at an address in Scunthorpe.

Police raided an address on St George Street, Scunthorpe, on Wednesday, July 20 under the Misuse of Drugs Act after acting on intelligence passed to them.

Officers forced entry to the address and recovered around 40 wraps of Class A drugs and seized money linked to criminality.

Two men, aged 48 and 24, and two women, aged 48 and 23, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and money laundering.

They were all released on police bail pending further enquiries.
