Five parks across Lincolnshire have received Green Flag awards for having some of the best green spaces in the country.
The Green Flag Award, now celebrating its 20th year, recognises and rewards the best parks and green spaces across the country.
International Green Flag Award scheme manager Paul Todd said: “We are delighted to be celebrating another record-breaking year for the Green Flag Award scheme.
“All the flags flying this year are a testament to the efforts of the thousands of men and women, both staff and volunteers, who work tirelessly to maintain the high standards demanded by the Green Flag Award.”
The parks in Lincolnshire that have received the award are:
Woodlands Memorial Park and Crematorium, Scunthorpe
The Woodlands Memorial Park and Crematorium is situated on Brumby Wood Lane in Scunthorpe.
Kingsway Gardens, Scunthorpe
The Kingsway Gardens is situated on the Western entrance to Scunthorpe and comprises of four hectares of land.
The Arboretum is situated on the south facing slopes to the south east of Lincoln Cathedral, within Abbey Ward.
Hartsholme Country Park, Lincoln
Hartsholme Country Park is situated in the southwest of Lincoln. The park is adjacent to Swanholme Lakes Local Nature Reserve.
Wyndham Park, Grantham
Wyndham Park lies on the banks of the River Witham and is north of Grantham Town Centre.
