Lincolnshire Co-op opens 20th funeral home in the county

Lincolnshire Co-op has converted a former pub building into a new funeral home.

Modern funeral facilities will now be able to help families on King Street, Market Rasen after a £300,000 investment.

The building, which is Lincolnshire Co-op’s 20th funeral home, will include an arrangement lounge, reception and a chapel of rest and there is also an area for families to spend private time together.

Lincolnshire Co-op head of funerals David Dernley said: “We look forward to supporting people in and around Market Rasen with this new facility, whether it’s for a simple cup of tea and a chat or support through a difficult time.
