Boy suffers head injury in Grimsby hit and run

Police are appealing for witnesses following a hit and run in Grimsby.

The incident happened at around 8.30am on Tuesday, January 24 at the Waltham Tollbar roundabout.

A moped leaving the Station Road collided with a 13-year-old boy before leaving the area.

The boy sustained a minor head injury and bruising to his elbow.

He was taken to Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital for treatment.

Anyone with any information as asked to call police on 101 quoting log 95 of January 24.
