Lincolnshire’s animals desperate for a loving home

This story is over

Many Lincolnshire charities put their all into looking giving rescued animals a second chance at life but can only give them a temporary home.

Do you have it in your heart to give these long standing residents a permanent loving home?

Here are just a few of Lincolnshire’s pets in need of a forever home:

Humphrey, Ollie and Derek

(L - R) Derek, Humphrey and Ollie

(L – R) Humphrey, Ollie and Derek

Name(s): Humphrey, Ollie and Derek
Age: Humphrey 14-years-old, Ollie 20-years-old, Derek 13-years-old.
Gender: All male
Hobby: Playing in the fields
Location: Bransby Horses

All three donkeys have been living together in a home since 2013, but due to a change in circumstances they have been returned to Bransby Horses.

They enjoy a fuss and a groom. They all have their own personalities with Derek being a bit greedy, Humphrey loves people but is a little more reserved than the others and Ollie can easily mistake a finger for a carrot!

Derek has no medical issues. Humphrey has had a couple of foot abscess but have since discovered that letting his feet grow longer in-between farrier visits have helped with this.

Ollie suffers with flies in the summer, current fosterer are using Sudocrem and Neema oil fly ointment.
